HArmonyCa – Allergan’s first dual-effect product that combines two active ingredients, Hyaluronic Acid (HA) and Calcium Hydroxyapatite (CaHA) in one injection to support the lower cheek/face area.

What IS HArmonyCA?
HArmoniCa is a dual-effect Hybrid injectable that combines HA with CaHA. It improves Skin architecture by providing an immediate lift from HA and a sustained lifting effect from new collegen production associated with CaHA.
How are they applied?
HArmonyCa is administered by a trained medical practitioner and is injected into each side of the lower face, cheeks and jawline using canula techniques.
What happens during the treatment?
At Dermatox Skin Clinic the medical practitioner will discuss the treatment and a topical anaesthethic is generally applied 30 minutes before the procedure. Afterward, the medical practitioner will administer the HArmonyCa into each side of the lower face, cheeks and jawline using a cannula to fan the product throughout the mid-face. Treatment- site reaction may typically resolve within 24-48 hours, and swelling within a week.
The procedure takes about 20 minutes. You can return to work or day to day activities immediately.
Are there any side effects?
If they do occur, they are minimal:
- Most common are slight bruising and swelling from the injection sites,which will subside a couple of days after treatment.
When can I see results?
HAmonyCa results will be seen immediately post-treatment with a lifting effect. You will also see stimulating results in the skin from approximately 3 months after treatment.
How long does it last?
HArmonyCa on average last around 12-18 months, but this can differ for individuals.
