What is RRS® HA STRIMATRIX?
RRS® HA STRIMATRIX is a product for injectable mesotherapy, developed for the treatment of stretch marks and tightening of skin that has lost elasticity. It is proven to be very effective for filling and helping the regeneration of the dermal matrix of skin with atopic depressions and sagging in different zones.
The product is a reabsorbable dermal implant containing 20 mg noncross-linked hyaluronic acid, added to a biostimulating solution and 500 mg organic silica.
How is it applied?
Mesotherapy is administered by a trained medical practitioner using a range of techniques to deliver nutrition directly into the skin.
What happens during treatment?
Generally takes around 30 to 45 minutes to administer. At Dermatox Skin Clinic the medical practitioner will assess your skin to decide on the best treatment plan for you. The local anaesthetic cream is generally applied 30 minutes before the treatment. Our medical practitioner will then administer the RRS® Strimatrix product through several injections to the superficial skin layers
You can return to work or day to day activities immediately.
Are there any side effects?
If they do occur, there are minimal:
- Temporary/Mild to moderate
- Slight bruising and swelling from the injection sites.
When can I see results?
Results appear usually after a course of six treatments and the effects are long-lasting . As a single treatment, it will not give lasting results and treatments should be carried out initially every 1-2 Weeks.
How long does it last?
With a course of 4-6 treatments, patients can expect results to last 12 to 18 months after the recommended course of treatment is completed.
