What is PROFHILO?

PROFHILO is ULTRAPURE hyaluronic acid in compliance with European and FDA standards. It integrates into the tissue where it restores the levels of hyaluronic acid naturally found in the skin and stimulates collagen and elastin, attracting water in the deeper layers of the skin.

Where can Profhilo be used

It is most commonly used for facial areas, but can also be used to rejuvenating the neck, decollete, arms, knees and hands.

How is it applied?

It is administered using a unique technique.

What happens during the treatment?

Generally, takes around 30 minutes to administer. At Dermatox Skin Clinic, the medical practitioner will assess your skin and recommend a treatment plan. They will then administer profhilo into the skin in ten key areas, five on each side : cheeks bones, chin, jawline, in line with the ear lobe, in line with the nostril.

This technique allows Profhilo to concentrate in the most receptive points and it allows the treatment to diffuse through the available spaces, creating a natural, lasting and refreshed look.

You can return to work or day to day activities immediately.

When can I see the result?

Treatments can immediately rejuvenate and hydrate the skin. It normally takes 4-6 weeks to work properly since the treatment injected requires some time to spread and trigger collagen and elastic production within your body. Two courses are recommended 4 weeks apart for the best results. 

Hoe long does it last?

Profhilo effects can last up to 6 months, depending on the individual patient.
